Shan Dilworth is a Life Scout in BSA Troop 176 working on his Eagle Project at Douglas Nicholes Park in Allen MD. Shan is adding a gravel walkway to make it easier to embark kayaks to Wicomico creak. Shan's project also includes adding two more picnic tables, power washing the playground equipment, and giving a clear coat to it. Shan is his grandmother's biggest helper.
